No problem! Our delivery service picks up damaged devices from any address in Austria and brings them back to your home or office in the best condition possible.

Fill out form

In the first step you enter your data in our order form, or tell us your problems by phone. We also call you back and fill out the application in case of difficulties together with you.

Contact

Once your request has arrived, we will contact you to answer any open questions about the order and to clarify details. Please let us know the pick-up and / or delivery date as well as the address of your choice.

Pickup

Our courier service picks up the device at the agreed time from the desired address and brings it to our experts in the workshop. Your device will be repaired with the care and with the exclusive use of certified spare parts as soon as possible.

Delivery

On the agreed delivery date our courier awaits you with your repaired device and accepts the invoice amount. So payment is only at the delivery! So you can still make sure that everything went as desired.
